Flowers, Square & Hexagon

A couple of weeks ago now I was playing around with yarn and hook, just trying out ideas.
A past time I love by the way.
Well I came up with these.
Now, at first glance these just look like two japanese flowers right?
That is until I turn them over.
They are infact a flower in a square and a flower in a hexagon!!!!
Maybe I'll take some photos of how I made these (if I can remember LOL) and post them in a later post.
I haven't decided if and when I will use these patterns yet, but I think they are quite cute.

    Very clever! You could join them as the squares or hexagons - and it would be a really different look to joining flowers at the petals. Very clever, indeed!

    These are lovely! You can scatter some of these among other plainer or different ones and it will look absolutely fantastic :)
